1. Trade policy
1.1 The “seller” RIGO – INDÚSTRIA, COMÉRCIO E REPRESENTAÇÕES, LDA., hereinafter referred to as RIGO, has products for sale on the site www.rigo.pt, and the “e-commerce” services are available exclusively to users registered as a company or sole proprietorship, hereinafter referred to as the “customer”.
1.2 The customer indicates the individual/company acting/buying within their business or profession. If you are not a customer we request that you do not register with the Online Warehouse.
1.3 RIGO reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not customers or those that are not in accordance with the general conditions of sale of the RIGO seller.
1.4 These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed on www.rigo.pt between the customer and the Online Store of RIGO (seller).
1.5 You must provide the seller with an email address, or other contact details, which is correct and complete and you agree that the seller may contact you using those details should it deem necessary.
2. How to order
2.1 To order at www.rigo.pt it is necessary that the user has an email account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the enjoyment of all the conditions of navigability of the online shop of RIGO.
Placing an order on RIGO’s Online Warehouse is easy:
– Register in the user area;
– Wait for the registration confirmation and customer account approval by email;
– Find the products you want to buy;
– Add the selected products to the Cart;
– Finalise the order;
– Wait for the order confirmation and proposal by e-mail;
– Confirm the proposal;
– Make the payment and send the proof of payment (not applicable if the payment is made by MB and delivered at our facilities)
– You will receive information that the order is being processed by e-mail;
– As soon as your order is ready, you receive an e-mail with this information.
By sending the order form you accept the general conditions of purchase, as well as other conditions existing in www.rigo.pt, including the general terms and conditions of use.
The seller may not process orders that do not have sufficient guarantee of good collection; when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products ordered are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the sales contract has not been concluded and that the seller has not proceeded with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
If the products displayed on the Online Store (www.rigo.pt) are no longer available at the time of your last access or when the seller receives the order, the seller must inform you of their unavailability within 30 days of receipt of the order.
2.2 Right not to accept the order or to cancel the purchase
RIGO reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), (among others) in the following situations, without liability for any damages or costs:
The product is no longer available/in stock;
Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
The order payment transfer has not been received by us within 5 days after acceptance of your order;
If we think you are under 16;
If we think it’s final consumer;
Unable to deliver to the address provided.
2.3 Data Verification
Once we have received your order we can carry out some checks on it before we prepare it.
These checks can include address verification, credibility and fraud verification. In relation to fraud verification we perform partially automated checks on all orders to filter out transactions that are unusual, suspicious or identified as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. By confirming your order you agree to these conditions.
3. Payment Methods
Currently on RIGO’s Online Store we have 2 payment methods:
– Bank Transfer;
– Payment by ATM at our premises when picking up the goods.

RIGO cannot be held liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages recurring from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for communications or virus transmissions.
Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for invoicing can be verified.
5. Reservation of title
RIGO retains ownership of the Company’s products until it has received full payment for all such products.
6. Prices
6.1 You will only be able to view the price of the Products after registration in the User Area and approval by Rigo.
6.2 The prices of the products displayed on the site are subject to value added tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered and will be agreed between RIGO and the customer by hiring a freight forwarder.
6.3 All prices are quoted in euros. Please note that changing the country of delivery can have an influence on prices due to transport costs.
6.4 Your total price
The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs to mainland Portugal. Prices are quoted when you confirm your order, which you can print or download for future use.
Please only pay the exact amount specified in the offer and make individual payments per order.
6.5 Price changes
The prices of the products shown on the site are subject to change. RIGO reserves the right to change prices without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
6.6 Errors in prices
Please note that even though the site is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on the site may contain errors. RIGO does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order should such an error occur.
7. Quality and guarantee
RIGO does not sell products that are faulty or of inferior quality to the standards of those on the market. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.rigo.pt can be found on each respective product page.
The products offered for sale on www.rigo.pt may not correspond exactly to the actual appearance in terms of image and colour, due to the Internet browser and monitor used or possible image changes by the supplier.
Should you decide to exercise your right to return the purchased products, RIGO has the right not to accept the return of products altered from their original condition or damaged.
8. Shipping and delivery
8.1 Delivery: where and when
We deliver products Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfil the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a shop or warehouse.
To receive the order you need to make sure someone is at the address. This service does not include the option of scheduling or marking, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this deadline during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas, epidemic periods or in case of out of stock.
A delivery is deemed to have taken place upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
8.2 Delivery Deadlines
If you send proof of payment on a working day before 12 noon, your order will be dispatched the next working day, with a 24-hour delivery time from the time the order is dispatched. If you choose to pay by Multibanco Cash on Delivery, you can pick up your order at our facilities as soon as you receive the e-mail informing you that your order is ready.
RIGO shall not be liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligation which is due to a force majeure event, i.e. an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event – comprising any event, act or omission, beyond the reasonable control of RIGO).
We will endeavour to deliver on time as far as is commercially reasonable. As a rule we always proceed in this way, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
8.3 Partial deliveries
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example if part of the order is delayed or not available, with each delivery being no less than 10% of the total order. In the event that we proceed to split the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail of our intention to do so. For this purpose the e-mail address provided by the customer in the Registration Form will be used.
8.4 Inspection on delivery
On delivery, the customer should inspect the packaging for possible damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. RIGO will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping once the warehouse has received and completed the return process.
Any claim of non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 8 days from the date the order was made. After this period, RIGO cannot be held responsible for its loss.
9. Shipping rates
9.1 Shipping rates are applied per order.
9.2 Free shipping
If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the defined minimum order value, the shipment will be made free of charge.
10. Returns and Exchanges
10.1 Order cancellation before shipment
The customer can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been sent. If the customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, he should contact our Customer Support Service and request the cancellation of his order, through the e-mail address rigo@rigo.quintadigital.eu.
If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, a chargeback will be processed.
10.2 Return of defective products
The customer has the right to return delivered products if they are found to have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered. Returns can be made within 8 days of receipt of order. This does not affect their statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded or you can exchange it for other accessories.
10.3 Return of products due to withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered you may return them to us within 8 calendar days of receipt, provided that:
The products have not been used;
The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);
You cannot return it:
Products that have been tampered with;
10.4 Return information
If the customer wishes to return the items, RIGO will not bear the costs of shipping and returning the orders.
Refunds will be made on a payment method basis. If the customer pays by ATM, it is necessary for the customer to come to our facilities in order to proceed with the return. This indication is necessary for us to refund the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund after the product(s) have been returned and processed.

12. Conditions applicable to Promotional Codes (discounts)
12.1 When used in accordance with the established rules, a promotion code entitles the User to a promotion/discount on the purchase of a specific product or for a range of products during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.
12.2 Promotional codes can only be used on orders placed on the website. It is not permitted to sell, exchange or give away a promotional code. The customer holding the promotional code may not upload or make available a promotional code on any website or other public form of gift, donation, sale or exchange. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted.
12.3 The promotion code is connected with the RIGO brand. It is not permitted to use the promotional code in connection with another brand, company or name. It is also not allowed to use the promotional code in an illegal, abusive or disrespectful way, as well as in any other way that may damage the reputation of RIGO .
12.4 The promotional code may only be used once per product and per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.
12.5 Promotional codes are not exchangeable for cash.
12.6 RIGO has no obligation to re-issue or refund promotional codes. However, in case RIGO decides to re-issue or refund a promo code, you need to have access to the initial promo code. To do this, it is necessary that you keep a copy of your promotional code, otherwise it cannot be re-issued or replaced if lost.
12.7 In cases where RIGO reissues/refunds the promotional code, the discount of that value may only be applied to a purchase of equal or greater value than the purchase on which the discount/promotional code was issued.
12.8 Without prejudice to any other rights, RIGO may have/have the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code if RIGO has reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used: with violation of the aforementioned assumptions, by usurpation or in other cases where RIGO has reason to do so.
13. Availability
Satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability. RIGO tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, RIGO reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In these cases RIGO will inform the customer of this fact in the email where the customer will receive the proposal, which only contains the available items.
14. Validity of the promotion
Offers on the site are valid only for the time they are displayed on the site, unless otherwise communicated on the site. RIGO is not bound by any offer if there are errors or misunderstandings in spelling, pricing or otherwise in the information on the website. RIGO reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale concluded under such errors.
15. Responsibility
15.1 RIGO shall only be liable for damages suffered by the Customer in the event that such damages result from breaches attributable to RIGO’s contractual obligations towards the Customer, or in the event that RIGO’s liability arises from applicable statutory law.
15.2 If you have suffered damage in connection with the activity of the website, the liability of the will be limited to:
Damage to RIGO products or other materials;
Reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the client in finding the cause and amount of compensation attributable to the damage;
The maximum reimbursement for the above mentioned compensation will be (if applicable) the price of the products concerned.
15.3 RIGO cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by third parties resulting from the use of any of our products. RIGO cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the customer as a result of improper use of our products.

16. Applicable law
These general conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the site or any purchase on the site shall be governed by Portuguese law.
17. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
RIGO has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of your order unless any change to them is imposed by law or competent authority.

Everything concerning the design, texts, documents, films, music and/or other services of the site, the selection and organisation thereof and all other materials on the site are the property of RIGO.
Users/customers are only permitted to electronically copy and print portions of the site if this is necessary to place an order on the site or to use the site as a source for purchasing.
The user/customer is not authorised to make any other use of the site or the information and materials contained therein, including reproduction for purposes other than those mentioned above, modification, distribution or republication.
